Gametop is an online betting platform operated under the gametop.im domain. These Terms & Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between Gametop and its users. By using the platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

• A copy of your national ID or passport may be required for account verification (KYC).
• Keeping your account password secure is entirely your responsibility.

Withdrawals may be restricted until verification is complete. Gametop reserves the right to approve or reject any request.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled — though the cash out feature may be available in certain cases.

• If a match is cancelled before it begins, the stake for that bet will be refunded.
• If a match is abandoned after it has started, the result stands provided at least 50% of the match was played.
• If a selection in a parlay bet is voided, it will be removed and the payout recalculated using the remaining odds.
• Gametop reserves the right to void bets placed at obviously incorrect odds (Obvious Error).

The following policies apply to all deposits and withdrawals on Gametop:

• Minimum deposit is ৳200. Instant deposits are available via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket.
• Minimum withdrawal is ৳500. Withdrawals are typically processed within 1–3 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Withdrawals will be restricted until KYC verification is completed.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on Gametop. Any one of these violations will result in permanent account closure and balance forfeiture:

• Placing bets using match-fixing arrangements or insider information
• Bonus system abuse or platform manipulation

• Hacking, Scripting, or Use of Automated Software

Gametop may suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• In the event of a terms violation, your account will be closed without prior notice.
• Providing false information during verification will result in account suspension.
• Users may also request to close their account at any time.
• Submitting a self-exclusion request will lock your account for a specified period.

If an account is closed with a remaining balance and no rule violations have occurred, that balance may be withdrawn. However, in cases of rule violations, Gametop reserves the right to forfeit the balance.

Gametop will not be held liable under the following circumstances:

• A bet is missed due to an internet connection failure.
• The user shared their password with someone else, resulting in a loss.
• A delay or failure occurs within a third-party payment system.
• Temporary service interruptions due to technical issues.

Gametop places the highest priority on responsible betting. We believe betting is a form of entertainment, not a livelihood. That's why we offer the following features:

• Deposit Limit — Set a cap on your daily, weekly, or monthly deposits.
• Loss Limit — Set a cap on how much you can lose within a given time period.
• Session Limit — Set a maximum duration for continuous betting sessions.
• Cooling-Off Period — a temporary break ranging from 24 hours to 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion — Option to close your account for anywhere from 6 months to permanently.
